Join us on August 29th at 10:30am, for a Cannabis in the Workplace Webinar. In 2019, Illinois became the 11th state to legalize cannabis for adult use, effective January 1, 2020. Four and a half years later, employers and employees are still trying to navigate this new law.  Attendees will hear a presentation from Attorney Brian Wacker of The Cook Group, discussing the legalities of cannabis use in the workplace. Then we will speak with Chad Thompson, Corporate Human Resources General Manager, North American Lighting, on their approaches and policies related towards cannabis.
